For some reason, displayed message bodies have several unseen table elements, with classes such as moz-header-part1 and moz-header-part2. We should skip these when performing corrective recoding.

We'll fix this by only working on children which are elements, with a class name beginning with "moz-text-", i.e. moz-text-html and moz-text-plain.
