Is there support for BiDi content in task descriptions?

Thanks.

The answer is: No there isn't, because I've never worked on it... until a few years back, Calendar was an extension, and I (and other developers of the extension) only added support for RTL for email. For various unfortunate technical reasons, adding BiDi controls to email HTML authoring does not add it for task HTML authoring.

I should work on that sometime, but I'm not sure when I'll have the time... I don't suppose you want to give it a shot, with a little guidance from me, would you?

Thanks for the fast and detailed response. Not sure I'm personally up for the task (pun somewhat intended) but if you post the guidance here maybe I or someone else will take a look and see what kind of effort is required.

@cohalex : Well, you could start by having a look at the source, and what it does for email composition. Specifically, you'll want to soak in the mechanism of overlaying interface XUL with extension XUL.
