Starting from regular browsing, open "Private Browsing with I2P" mode. Also solves my plugin updates without outproxies issue(#4) but maybe creates another one(#6)? Solve #1 first.

Started working on this in the contextual-ids branch. Will probably also finish the Chromium parts there.

Very close, but super complicated to do for both Firefox and Chrome at the same time.
