Consider switching from pre-installed Firefox to pre-installed Tor Browser Bundle #9

So last time I had a Windows install, Tor Browser came as a zip. That is no longer the case. There is literally no difference between discovering the path to Firefox and Tor Browser, moreover, both are possible(the profile could be configured for either Tor or Firefox by the same installer in the same number of steps). Since there are benefits to TBB that aren't available in Firefox, this is probably a very good idea.

Well damn that was easy. The latest testing release will use a Tor Browser Bundle on Windows if it is installed at the default location, which is the user's OneDrive folder. Until I have more information about what happens without a OneDrive folder, I won't be adding it to the stable. VM time.

Done. Still only in the testing. Will change tomorrow.
