MarkerWithLabel with draggable=false doesn't fire mouseup event when clicking on label #333

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set a marker on a map with draggable:false
2. set a mouseup event on marker
3. click on marker label
4. mouseup event doesn't fire
5. click on marker itself
6. mouseup event fires

Expected result:
have the mouseup event fired when clicking the label

Actual result:


Version: 1.1.10
