Provide all four REST commands

It would be great if all four rest commands, get, post, put and delete are provided.

All four rest commands are already provided, but this project is quite deserted. You no longer need watch.js to work with Rivets, and combining them together was half of Witch in the first place. Another wonderful project in the same area is Vue, check it out.
