SDL/DIRECTSOUND: Exit WaitDevice() if thread asked to terminate

Seems to get stuck in a loop here when the cursor is always in the same chunk. Needs ridiculous values (s_desiredsamples 1, s_khz 48) to trigger on my machine. Credit to ciscon for supplying config with the ridiculous values.
