LimeSDR mini: change Rx and Tx path routing according to antenna switch #100

In the mini the unique Rx and Tx ports can be routed each to two different ports and the switch is done via a call to the FPGA fabric. More precisely the RF port can be switched to either LNAW or LNAH, and the Tx RF port can be switched to either BAND1 or BAND2.

In order to know it's a mini the serial number is able to tell it as in "LimeSDR Mini, media=USB 3.0, module=uLimeSDR, addr=24607:1027, serial=1D35485A599DBA"

Looking at the latest post from the forum link above this is just a matter of upgrading to the latest LimeSuite
