Markdown of image description (for example api-28-ndk-v1.1.0.md) can be improved.

Ideally we could modify desc.sh script to fit every each section in a table, like the android-sdks section.

If it is too much work for now, we could at least ensure the file is readable (mostly fix newlines in section image-environment, apt-packages and installed-gems.
