Add gear icon in the lower right corner
Which opens new frame
In this frame list options with e.g. toggle bar

Implement options

Include directories themself
Include (subdirectories and their) contents recursivly
Include hidden files (and directories)
Ask for confirmation before renaming
Show list of files (and directories) to be included before renaming
