[Client] Suggestion: Clientside OnServerEvent like OnPlayerEvent serverside #516

I'd like to suggest an event OnServerEvent for clientside.
It should behave the same as OnPlayerEvent on serverside.
It gives us the possibility to make custom event handling easier.
