I'd like to submit you: an opensource application that would give institutions a real-time platform to monitor the symptoms of all citizens about coronavirus and create the SYMPOTAMATIC MAP in real time to anticipate the covid19 spread.(spread map is too late).
INTRODUCTION:
NOW HERE IN ITALY WE ARE ALREADY IN SELF-QUARANTINE (AND WE WILL BE LONG) SO MAKE AVAILABLE TO GOVERNMENTS/OMS AND SCIENCE,
ALL SYMPTOMATIC BIG DATA THROUGH INVOLVING ALL CITIZENS, IT WILL GUARANTEE MORE SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY,
MORE CONTROL AND ACCURATE/TIMELY INTERVENTIONS AND ABOVE ALL LESS CONTACT AND RISK FOR OUR GENERAL PRACTIONERS AND HEALTH STAFF,
PROVIDING THE SYMPTOMATIC DATA OF THE POPULATION TO SCIENCE TO STUDY THE CORONA VIRUS FASTER TO FIND TERAPY AND VACCINE.
PROPOSAL:
An opensource application that would give institutions a real-time platform to monitor the symptoms of the Coronavirus.
Talking with doctors in Italy, emerged that it would be really beneficial to have the symptomatic map as soon as possible
(not so important the spread map: it's too late) to block new infections and intervene with the poorly available resources.
The application users will input only the symptoms they have (temperature, cough, etc.).
According to such symptoms the authority will be able to decide if they need or not to be tested or when.
The main idea of the app is to have a symptomatic map so that authorities will be able to intervene at the right place and
as soon as possible before the infection spreads and avoid the COLLAPSE OF HEALTH STRUCTURES.
Because of privacy limitations, probably the mandatory element would be finding government sponsorship
Government institutions & Institutes of Health would be the only ones predisposed to manage / analyze data
FEATURES:
- Quarantine start date
- Daily body temperature
- Symptoms list (the citizen selects if necessary or questionnaire mode to simplify data entry for the elderly)
- List of taken medicines (list of medicines that citizens select by category, e.g. antiviral, antipyretic etc ..)
- List of previous pathologies (possibility to select multiple previous diseases, e.g. cardiopathic, diabetic, immunosuppressed, etc.)
- List of 'got int contact people' (name, surname, place of contact, etc.)
- Realtime Symptomatic quarantines/self-quarantines Map
- Map Filter for symptoms (possibility to select multiple symptoms eg cough, fever, etc.)
- Map Filter for previous pathologies i (possibility to select multiple previous diseases, e.g. cardiopathic, diabetic, immunosuppressed, etc.)
- Map Filter by age range
- Map Filter by gender
- Map Radius filter (1-100 km)
- ADVANCED (backend): Ability to see on the map how many patients (filtered by symptoms) is undergoing every general practitioner in order to help doctors with too many cases
- Realtime notifications of instructions from government institutions to the citizens (quarantine, end of the quarantine, where to find food, medicines, and so on)
- Ability to request for medicine for quarantined people that can't move out of the house
To the end user, the application will give only aggregated/anonymous data.

- Real-time SYMPOTAMATIC BIG DATA collection with which doctors can better organize the resources in the field and for virologists to study and understand how the virus behaves faster to find therapy and vaccine
- Protection of user privacy, to the end user, the application will only provide aggregate / anonymous data ((data managed / stored directly by Governments and Health Institutions )
- All data collected will be managed and protected by each national health institution(or government ) to intervene in any emergency
- All the data collected would be shared with WHO to allow the study of the virus worldwide

INTRODUZIONE:
La vera problematica emersa in queste settimane è la mancanza di una mappa sintomatica , come sottolineano tutti i virologi , che garantirebbe la
possibilità di anticipare il covid19 e di raccogliere dati utili al più efficace uso delle risorse e al raccoglimento di una mole di dati sintomatici utilissimo allo studio del comportamento del virus.
Oggi finalmente qualcuno si è mosso nell’utilizzo della tecnologia creando app per identificare e tracciare i movimenti ed i contatti avuti :
MA IL GOVERNO/ISS/OMS NON SI è ANCORA ACCORTO che va usato questo tempo di auto quarantena di tutti i cittadini NON SOLO PER IL CONTENIMENTO MA SOPRATUTTO PER
MONITORARE I SINTOMI DI TUTTI I CITTADINI ACQUISENDO I LORO DATI INSERITI GIORNALMENTE IN UN APP GOVERNATIVA.(vedi VANTAGGI / OBIETTIVI APP in basso)

SIAMO GIA’ ORA TUTTI IN AUTOQUARANTENA E LO SAREMO A LUNGO E METTERE A DISPOSIZIONE DELLO STATO E DELLA SCIENZA PIU’ DATI POSSIBILI TRAMITE LA PARTECIPAZIONE DI TUTTI I CITTADINI
GARANTIRA’ PIU SENSO SI RESPONSABILITA', PIU CONTROLLO ED INTERVENTI PIU ACCURATI, PUNTUALI E DOVE NECESSARIO E SOPRATUTTO MENO CONTAGIO E RISCHIO PER I NOSTRI MEDICI DI BASE E
PERSONALE SANITARIO.
PROPOSTA:
Un'applicazione open source che fornirebbe alle istituzioni una piattaforma in tempo reale per monitorare la diffusione dei sintomi del Coronavirus.
Parlando con i medici in Italia, è emerso che sarebbe davvero utile avere la mappa dei sintomi il più presto possibile (non così importante la mappa contagio: è troppo tardi)
per bloccare nuove infezioni e intervenire con le poche risorse disponibili vista la mole di pazienti.
Tutti i cittadini inseriranno i sintomi che hanno (temperatura, tosse, TUTTE LE INFO DI ANAMNESI, ecc.).
In base a tali sintomi, l'autorità sarà in grado di decidere se devono o meno essere testati o quando.
L'idea principale dell'app è quella di avere una mappa sintomatica in modo che le autorità possano intervenire puntualmente ed efficacemente ed evitare il COLLASSO DELLE STRUTTURE SANITARIE.
A causa delle limitazioni della privacy, probabilmente l'elemento fondamentale sarebbe trovare la sponsorizzazione del governo, quindi una APP GOVERNATIVA .
Le istituzioni governative o gli Istituti superiori di Sanità sarebbero le uniche predisposte a gestire / analizzare i dati).
FUNZIONALITA’:
- Data di inizio della quarantena
- Temperatura corporea giornaliera
- Elenco dei sintomi (il cittadino seleziona all’occorrenza o modalità questionario per semplificare inserimento dati per gli anziani)
- Elenco malattie pregresse (Lista da selezionare)
- Medicinali assunti (elenco medicinali che il cittadino seleziona )
- Elenco di 'got int contact people' (nome, cognome, luogo di contatto, ecc.)
- List of 'got int contact people' (name, surname, place of contact, etc.)
- Mappa in tempo reale dei sintomi
- Filtro Mappa per sintomi(possibilità di selezionare più sintomi)
- Filtro Mappa per patologie pregresse i(possibilità di selezionare più patologie pregresse)
- Filtro Mappa per range di età
- Filtro Mappa per sesso
- Filtro Mappa per raggio (1-100 km))
- ADVANCED (backend): Possibilità di vedere in mappa quanti pazienti (filtrati per sintomi) sta seguendo ogni medico di base In modo da aiutare i medici con troppi casi
- Notifiche in tempo reale delle istruzioni fornite dalle istituzioni governative ai cittadini (quarantena, fine della quarantena, dove trovare cibo, medicine e così via)
- Possibilità di richiedere medicine per le persone in quarantena che non possono trasferirsi fuori casa
All'utente finale, l'applicazione fornirà solo dati aggregati / anonimi.
VANTAGGI / OBIETTIVI APP
- Monitorare tutti i cittadini
- Identificazione casi ASINTOMATICI emersi dai sintomi del proprio nucleo familiare
- Quadro clinico/sintomatico e lo storico sintomatico di ogni cittadino nel periodo di autoquarantena per consentire una ricostruzione più precisa ed accurata in caso di aggravamento e ricovero.
- Risparmio di tempo ,risorse umane , posti letto , rianimazioni , respiratori etc
- Diminuzione rischio contagio dei medici di base e del personale sanitario
- Identificazione tramite mappa sintomatica nuovi focolai in ANTICIPO
- Creazione mappa sintomatica in tempo reale con i dati raccolti da tutti i cittadini
- Storico movimenti ed aree movimento di ogni cittadino durante periodo autoquarantena
- Elenco contatti avuti durante periodo autoquarantena (ogni cittadino inserisce dati)
- Raccolta in tempo reale BIG DATA con cui medici possono organizzare al meglio le risorse in campo per i virologi per studiare e capire come si comporta il virus
- Protezione privacy utente, all'utente finale, l'applicazione fornirà solo dati aggregati / anonimi (i dati sono gestiti/archiviati direttamente Governi e ISS)
- Tutti i dati raccolti saranno gestiti e protetti da ogni istituto di sanità nazionale (o governi) per intervenire ad ogni emergenza
- Tutti i dati raccolti sarebbero condivisi con OMS per permettere lo studio del virus a livello mondiale
- Strumento adatto per qualsiasi emergenza epidemica futura
- Facile e veloce implementazione
