  • U1 (TMA 1212S) is undersized and releases all magic smoke on latching
  • All GPIO on J1 are incorrectly named
  • R11 is wrong and should be connected between gate of Q11 and D11. Gate Q11 needs to be connected to U21 directly
  • Some nets are not connected and air wires are left unrouted
  • GND is sometimes only connected through RPi which is bad practice and should be avoided.
  • opti-isolators for RGB-LED are for a common cathode LED but a common anode LED is build into the bell switch
