I'm trying to connect camera to h.264 usb card and I get this error
display mode: 0x04; not supported

Here is the dump

Thanks for this. Though, the dump contains all zeroes. Could you first run the official software and capture some video. Then run the dump again, and there should be all kind of data visible the official software configured. After getting that we should get that mode working. If you are using different computer for the official drivers and bmd-tools, then make sure the usb converter has external power connected so it will not loose the configuration.
