Is it possible to add native docker support i.e.

  1. pull docker images at remote host
  2. auth against remote docker registry
  3. start/stop/status of remote docker on a remote machine

It will make it much easier to deploy to VPS with fabric as I am not interested in running mesos/marrathon or other such monstrosities.

Let's move this to Patchwork, which is the "common real world tasks" style repository (Fabric itself, as of modern versions, sticks to core functionality only). New issue: fabric/patchwork#28 - thanks!
