  1. Go to jenkins.openshift.io in incognito
  2. Login with Red Hat Developers
    This is what I get

I have no issue whatsever in incognito mode,

Have seen this without incognito as well. This is definitely intermittent though.
Tagging @alexeykazakov and @sbose78 to check if it is an auth issue.

No. When I logged in again, it showed me the same page.
