Add testing of docker deploy image

Currently we're only testing the binaries. Do we have any plans to test the docker image that gets deployed as well?

Yes, we need to do a os deploy and do some integration tests. Different namespace I suspect.

The test will defined in Gherkin/Cucumber scripts (https://github.com/almighty/almighty-spec) and will be automated in though the REST API. These tests will be behavior driven/black box, as they will exercise features such as deploy, build, etc. by initiating actions in ALM.

@kwk I am closing this issue cause the deployment is done via our CI using openshift templates and using the generated docker image.
