there are 2 causes for this

vim-bundle is slowing down neovim when opening a rails project folder
- fixed in remove bim-bundler because of slow startup #34
vim-ruby is massively slow trying to find ruby path
- fix: let g:ruby_path = '/Users/intens/.rbenv/shims/ruby'
