Add Signal Stats

Summary

This feature includes to track the performance of the incoming signals per strategy. With the Telegram bot it should be possible to receive these stats per strategy.

More Details

Some stats could be Sortino Ratio, Win Rate, amount of Long and Short trades and trades in total, max drawdown, average win per trade and average loss per trade

Motivation

Signals are useless without the ability to track the performance. You don't wanna risk your money before a solid dry-run with fake money for at least a month and dry-runs could be supported by tracking the performance of the signals per strategy.
