After entering the incorrect password three times the login window changes to an unoptimized version of the web page with a "try again" or a "reset your password option." This page is far too wide for the screen and is almost unnavigable. Clicking try again opens the browser and brings the user to a facebook.com mobile login page. A correct login brings the user to the facebook.com home page and does not pass the details back to the app.

Thanks for pointing this out. I'll ask the people who work on login to see what they can do make it a better experience.

Someone is working on this (along with general redesign / simplification of the dialogs), but sorry, no ETA yet :(

Great news. Thanks. We're releasing TweetDeck in 3-6 weeks. Though this ticket is not that important. I have a number of other (relatively minor) issues that I should get round to making tickets for.

The login / invalid password flow is now running from our touch site instead of the main site. Can you try it now?

This should be fixed. Let me know if you're still seeing issues.
