Originally filed against the Mcrouter project, but it's Folly specific and I haven't heard anything from the Mcrouter maintainers:

Summary: In certain scenarios, fibers_pool_size can dramatically exceed fibers_max_pool_size and never recover. We believe this is a bug. Can you please confirm? Thanks!
