Question about PATENTS file in dependencies

Description

One of fresco dependencies - Bolts-Android has a BSD + PATENTS style license. So it looks like legally nothing changed since removal of PATENTS file from fresco. Can you give some clarification on this issue? Thanks.

Good question. Could you please also create this task in the Bolts repository? I'm guessing that since the library is not updated very frequently no one bothered to migrate it to MIT license.
