Lexical version: 0.12.4

Steps To Reproduce

Can be reproduced on the playground.

  1. insert a table
  2. in any cell, open the cell menu and click 'insert row above' (or 'below')
  3. go to a newly added cell and press enter inside it

The current behavior

The editor breaks, becomes read-only.

The expected behavior

A paragraph is added in the cell.
