https://travis-ci.org/facebook/watchman/jobs/39762394 shows one of the failures we encountered for a while before I ended up disabling the ruby tests again.
It seems to be a travis problem more than anything, but it would be great if we can find a way to work around (or ideally resolve!) this particular problem so that we can turn the ruby tests back on again.

Bummer... The Travis environment seems pretty unstable/variable. I'll take a look and see if I can figure out a workaround.
