It would be pretty nice to have a write queue whilst the socket is waiting to be open rather than throwing an exception

I think this should be done in a layer on top of SocketRocket. I am open to implementation suggestions.

What would be the advantage of implementing this outside of SocketRocket? I would imagine that many people using SocketRocket would be replicating this behavior, why not make it a supported feature?
