Install libczmq 2.0.2 from source? #2

Tried to compile the rts backend.

error:
../../vendor/CZMQ-ZWSSock/zwshandshake.c:345:2: error: unknown type name ‘zdigest_t’

Solved by install 3.0.2 instead.
