Inference via demo.py failed due to argument length #936

You can pass a glob pattern such as demo is just a simple demo - no complicated features like multigpu support are meant to be added there |

If anyone stumbles upon this issue trying to perform inference on a directory of images. You can either write your own script, which isn't difficult (see https://github.com/facebookresearch/detectron2/blob/master/demo/demo.py and #282) or if you'd rather stick to the default scripts; so that, you can continue to pull master without worrying about breaking changes, you can also just make an
