First, thanks for the great library!

Currently, "Faiss is licenced under CC-by-NC, see the LICENSE file for details. This license may be relaxed to BSD in the future."

Are there any concrete plans to make FAISS fully open source (not just open content)? Any ETA on the BSD license?
