Update tutorials for Hydra 1.1 #1247

Existing tutorials should be updated.
A few points:

  1. package header should no longer be mentioned in basic tutorial now that the default package is _group_.
  2. Structured Configs tutorial should be updated to take advantage of recursive defaults in the schema section.
