ImportError: libc10_cuda.so After installing using Intall.MD guide

🐛 Bugs / Unexpected behaviors

I installed pytorch3d according to the Install.MD file with no issues

Then when importing to load_obj from pytorch.io i recieve the error
ImportError: libc10_cuda.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I looked at the two existsing similar errors however it doesn't appear to be the same root cause as I tried what was suggested.

Instructions To Reproduce the Issue:

Solved had to install pytorch version 1.10.0
