Add a configuration option to hide previous and next buttons below a given resolution since touch is supported on mobile displays.

@Boerni1995 we should discuss how to best implement this option. My idea was to provide an option for the screen resolution e.g. in px below which the previous and next buttons are not displayed. If it is not set the buttons should always be displayed (as it is now).
