Remove-Item : Cannot remove item: the directory is not empty.

Running into an issue where trying to clean up the previous git directory fails. The failure isn't consistent (directory-wise) and it's not always for the same git repo. We're not performing parallel builds so there shouldn't be any file locking conflicts.

Any thoughts? Thanks!
