Currently the target files use https://update.faktorzehn.org/p2repositories/2020-09 to mirror eclipse update sites.
This URL is not public accessible and thus prevents one from building the repository. This should be changed to use the official URL and configure the mirrors externally.

While Tycho supports this, PDE currently has no mirror support for Updatesites.
