Summary

Falcon needs to have consistent look and feel across different pages and components. We need a 'custom bootstrap-like library for falcon'. We're not going to fork bootstrap or anything. But we need a UI library that is somewhat similar to it in the sense that it has basic components such as buttons, headers, etc.
