New LV2 plugins don't load after numerous restarts #1872

I installed new plugins at ~/.lv2. Carla told me to restart it for them to load, so I restarted both it and LMMS countless times. Yet the plugins don't load. Is there something wrong with Carla itself?

Carla is on v2.4.2. LMMS is on v1.2.2.
