When I do /rankup i recieve this message:

You aren't using the latest development version. The fix will be made available in 0.3.1.

I downloaded, but I do not know how to use it as a .zip file. I tried the ZipPluginLoader plugin but it didn't work. Sorry for all the trouble this is my first time being introduced to this.
