If easy, try to automatically translate from german to english & vice versa.
Deeply api costs a bit too much.

possibly a bad idea:

APIs cost money
unclear if translation quality good enough (users could stop translating by hand, decreasing the quality)
maintenance effort because external tool integrated

famoser added the enhancement label
