Hello!

From https://github.com/brighterplanet/earth/blob/master/lib/earth/industry/merchant_category/data_miner.rb I see that you are using the IRS table for MCC values. I combined that data with some other information (from the USDA) to create what I hope will be a more complete list https://github.com/greggles/mcc-codes

PS I'm seeing now that my source data included a fair number of duplicate definitions. Cleaning those up currently...
