Every css colors are now declared at the beginning of the css file. This will make colors easier to maintain and tweak. This will also help making themes. It relates to issue #5

Added css dark theme variant for color properties. Added a "Toggle theme" button to switch from one theme to another. Updated tests references accordingly Fixes issue #5

The dark (themed) web is growing, moreover among the devs.
The report should support dark theme switch.
Optionally, the default setting could be the system one (Windows supports it, at least)
