Similar to this issue: #61

But it seems like we should either have teacher forcing or read_out on at either time. Is there a way to transition between them?

It seems like they should both be combined into one feature. And you can choose how much of your data during training uses teacher forcing vs. passing the predicted output from the previous timestep.
