示例：通道突破系统
当价格突破20日高点时买入，当价格低于10日低点时卖出。

我想实现下面这个策略，判断价格位于两均线之间的代码如何写
如：价格大于长期均线（如60日均线），低于短期均线（如30日均线）时买入并持有，当MACD死叉时卖出。
