Zeit deployment can be deleted #155

Zeit doesn't allow new accounts to use v1 of their cloud anymore. This means that docker builds are not supported anymore. And the python builder that they have does not work with fastai/pytorch right now. So I guess we have remove the Zeit deployment article for now.
