URL link for documentation for torch_core library from the doc() method gives incorrect url

Describe the bug
When execute the doc() method on term under the torch_core library in the is incorrect.
The url gives back 404 error code.

To Reproduce

1. Execute doc() on any term under torch core in the documentation
2. Enter to the "Show in docs" link

Expected behavior
The URL link presents for the docs is for :
https://docs.fast.ai/torch.core#tensor

instead of the correct URL link
https://docs.fast.ai/torch_core#tensor

There should be a '_' instead of "." in the name in the URL link.
