Add to Bazel central registry?

Hi,
Thanks for this ruleset - I've started to use it as part of a migration from rules_docker + rules_k8s to rules_oci.

I see that bzlmod configuration is included in the release overview snippets, but I don't see the module listed at the Bazel central registry. Are there plans to add it?

Hi Jeremy, thank you for your interest. It is planned, probably next week or so. Sorry for confusion, I will remove bzl part form the release notes.
update: added a git_override statement to the bzl section instead.
