This repository contains a script that downloads an archive of 311 complaints for NYC from 2010 to present (data dictionary).
Clone the repository and run the script fetch-data. This will create a file
311_data.csv in the working directory. As of October 2019, this file is about
10GB so be prepared for a large transfer and make sure you have enough disk
space.
