now that text is merged in pygfx we can start implementing it here 😄

Subplot titles, can be displayed in the "top" docked viewport "DockedViewport" - Viewports adjacent to Subplot Viewport #30
ticks and axes labels
Labelling graphics with their names
- labelling graphic collections with their indices

This will be very cool we can label contours! (Which is in your graphic collections with indices), and I assume if it exists, it can be clicked?
