A user manual should be created with the underlying equations for pressure drop and heat transfer discussed.

Example cases should be included to help users utilize the toolbox.

We should include a comparison of different cases to exercise the different features of the code.

Also, latex for easy editing

http://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/master/ could be a good way to do this.
