引脚重映射还是只能用标准库， f103定时器定义太少发f103zg有8个定时器但是只定义4个

遗漏的定时器时钟初始化部分已添加。
如果是PWM引脚重映射可以尝试修改gpio.c的PIN_MAP[]数组内引脚对应的定时器以及定时器通道。
