Given I'm in a unknown situation
When I receive systemStart event from hub (or fake it)
Then I receive no event from event or location nodes

Expected: I receive systemStart event in both nodes

Technical: systemStart is received by NR, and in log we can see a starting of devices resync (but doesn't end)

To explore: maybe a lock has occur in the devicesFetcher

The PR #96 seems to have the potential to fix it, but I was not able to reproduce this exact scenario. Some debug logs has been added too to help to debug if it happens again

If still valid, I will reopen the ticket
