Description

My HA device is connected to the A router. When the phone is connected to the A router, the tracker works fine. But when the phone is connected to the B router, the HA display device away.
A is a repeater of B and they are on the same subnet。
I have checked the ARP table, the MAC address of the phone is the same as the B router.

If the B "router" is configured as a router that is normal since it "hides" all devices behind it.
You should configure it as a access point or a switch, many routers support that mode.

I have the same setup as you (configured as a AP) and it is working perfectly.
Also you should get the ARP table from the device that provides DHCP service (i don't know if that is required but it is a good practice).

I hope this solves it
